SERVICE INFORMATION When returning products for repair please make sure you include your name, address and phone number where you can be reached. No repaired items will be returned until we have a school PO number. We do not use MRA or RA numbers. During the summer you may want to include your home phone number. WARRANTY All SLC products are warranted for a full year against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse or abuse. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If you are not completely satisfied with anything you received from SLC, return it within 30-days for a full refund. Returns beyond 30-days will be accessed a 10% restocking fee. TERMS AND SHIPPING We accept school PO's (net 30 days), school drafts and COD's. All orders from individuals must be prepaid. All shipments outside the US must be prepaid in US Dollars. Shipping and handling charges are 3% of the invoice for all US shipments. Minimum shipping charge is $ 10.00.
